MICHAEL A. OLSEN

Mike’s practice is primarily devoted to estate and civil litigation. Mike’s services include probates of wills and estates, administration of trusts, will contests, trust challenges, actions regarding undue influence and incapacity, breach of fiduciary duty, guardianship petitions and contested guardianships, guardian ad litem services, wrongful death, personal injury, elder abuse, contract, and real estate litigation. Mike is also a certified SBA loan closing attorney.

Outside of the office, Mike enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family and has spent many years coaching youth sports including basketball, soccer, and baseball.  He also enjoys participating in triathlons, road bike racing, golf, and trail running.
